Reviews From Satisfied Clients In Phoenix

Initially met with Daryl. He fully explained each step of their work and what we should expect at the conclusion of each day. InEx exceeded our expectations. Each day they cleaned up so well you couldn’t tell they were here. The job was finished within the estimated time frame. Upon completion, a follow up appointment was made by InEx to ensure we were pleased with the work. Sadly, it is difficult to find a company that will deliver (or exceed) what they promise to deliver. InEx has exceeeded all our expectations. We enthusiastically recommend InEx for your roofing project.

We had a very good experience working with In-Ex Designs Roofing for our underlay replacement project. In-Ex’s pricing was on par with other companies. Daryl was very clear on what we could expect and was easy to reach/communicate with. The written contract is thorough and easy to understand what is being done. The office crew was easy to communicate with as well. The roofing team was on time each morning, respectful of our yard, and cleaned up each afternoon. After the job was over, we had a walk through with Daryl and he noticed a paint mismatch that we didn’t notice so I appreciated his attention to detail. The crew was back later that week for the “punch list” and completed everything to our satisfaction!

Would definitely recommend getting a quote from InEx Design. Daryl came to my house, educated me on the different options and price points and gave me a very competitive bid. Very professional, they do business with honesty and integrity. Highly recommend.

I contacted In-Ex Designs after a coworker recommended their services based on their positive experience with In-Ex Designs. Daryl personally came out to inspect my roof, and I was pleased with his clear and professional explanation of the required repairs. He also outlined the products being used and the pricing in a straightforward and transparent manner, which made the process easy to understand. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service provided by In-Ex Designs, and I would gladly recommend them to others seeking similar work.
Thank You Daryl and Team at In-Ex Designs.

My only regret is not finding In-Ex Roofing sooner. In-Ex was the fifth company I've had come to try fix a leak that was coming in through a window. It's been a mystery for years. Daryl and Johnny found the source instantly and were able to FINALLY fix this problem. I am beyond thankful. I still can't believe it's actually fixed. Thank you so much!

Absolutely outstanding, in every facet. Daryl and the team did an amazing job with our roof from the quoting, to the final walk through. Daryl was thorough in his quote, and a terrific communicator. The price was absolutely terrific. I had gotten quotes early pandemic, and was expecting everything to have gone through the roof (no pun intended). And the crew that worked on our roof!!!! What can I say. Absolutely rock stars. Kind, hard working, and good communicators. I cannot recommend In-Ex Design Roofing enough.

They did a fantastic job. Had my roof done in two days. They cleaned up the yard before they ended their day.
After all the quotes I got, I feel that we received a superior underlayment for the price.

In-Ex Design is excellent. I had favorable experience with In Ex Design Roofing from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Daryl and his team took the time to explain my options, answered all of my questions, and completed the work on schedule.

The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, and the crew paid attention to every detail while keeping the job site clean and organized. It was clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about your property.

If you’re looking for a roofing company that is honest, dependable, and delivers high-quality results, I recommend In Ex Design Roofing.

I had an excellent experience dealing with In-Ex Designs replacing my entire roof. Daryl was very knowledgeable with what I needed to do and explained everything in detail. I shopped around and got the best price and explanation on what needed to be done from Daryl.
The actual removal and replacement operations went very smoothly and without any problems. The work crew was very polite and cleaned up after themselves. I have nothing but positive thoughts on the entire process. I would recommend In-Ex Designs to anyone looking for a new roof or repairs.

Verified We recently had all of the old underlayment on our tile roof replaced by In-Ex Designs and it was a great experience! From start to finish, beginning with Daryl, the entire team we dealt with was friendly, efficient and truly cared about doing a good job. We were impressed with how hard the crew onsite worked to get the job done, especially given temperatures in the low 100's. We are very happy with the results and will definitely recommend this company to our friends and colleagues!

Verified We just completed an outstanding re-roofing experience; as well as Elastomeric coating on patio cover with In-Ex Designs. With our first consult with Daryl and thorough explanation of the process we were sold, no need for another bid. We had observed the workmanship of the roofing team on several houses on our block and were able to actually meet the team in person. The job began every day at 7:00 and finished at 4:00, with the hard-working crew led by Luis! At the end of day there was not a speck of debris or one nail to be found anywhere, amazing! Daily supervision was under the leadership of Johnny who managed and answered any questions we might have. The job was completed in three days with anywhere from 5 -10 guys banging it out and a complete inspection by Johnny followed within two days. If you are looking for quality, excellence and fair pricing, look no further than In-Ex Designs!!

Verified We needed a new roof desperately as the roof had a hole. Scott M. at In-Ex Design really worked with us to meet our budget. I know we would not have got it done without their help. The roof looks great and they got it done quickly with good materials. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to get a new roof or repair.

Verified Scott was amazing!! I was very impressed with this company overall! I can't say enough good things about Scott and how much he went out of his way to help us get our entire roof replaced and working with our insurance company's adjuster. Scott was very professional, super friendly, honest and answered every single question we had. Kept me updated on the timelines of the work and when things would be completed. The crew was always on time, worked very well together and because they stayed a little longer than normal to finish the work, I bought them lunch and beverages to cool them down and keep them happy! They were very clean and respected our property. I am so very grateful now and can be at ease when the Monsoon storms hit us again!!

Verified Very professional company. Scott was always available to answer questions both by text and by phone. The crew showed up early for the job which was competitively priced with other quotes. The crew were relatively quiet with their work and respectful to our property. They cleaned up after themselves and left the job site as they found it. I would recommend this company if you have roofing needs.

Verified Daryl was very professional, prompt, and explained everything. He was great to work with, providing honest opinions and not just stating what would make him the most money. The price was fair, the warranty was longer than some, and I appreciated that the estimate included some items that others do not. One of them being painting the drip edge and bird block to match the house! Johnny and his team did a fantastic job. They were always on time, very friendly, kept me informed throughout, and cleaned very thoroughly too! My roof looks great and my neighbors even commented about the quality work they saw being completed. I highly recommend this company!

Verified These guys are so good at what they do. Professional, courteous and did a very good job at cleaning the site every day. The roof looks awesome and they worked well with the AC company who had installed a new unit. Great service great price and they offer a veteran discount as well. Thanks for a job well done.
