Initially met with Daryl. He fully explained each step of their work and what we should expect at the conclusion of each day. InEx exceeded our expectations. Each day they cleaned up so well you couldn’t tell they were here. The job was finished within the estimated time frame. Upon completion, a follow up appointment was made by InEx to ensure we were pleased with the work. Sadly, it is difficult to find a company that will deliver (or exceed) what they promise to deliver. InEx has exceeeded all our expectations. We enthusiastically recommend InEx for your roofing project.

We had a very good experience working with In-Ex Designs Roofing for our underlay replacement project. In-Ex’s pricing was on par with other companies. Daryl was very clear on what we could expect and was easy to reach/communicate with. The written contract is thorough and easy to understand what is being done. The office crew was easy to communicate with as well. The roofing team was on time each morning, respectful of our yard, and cleaned up each afternoon. After the job was over, we had a walk through with Daryl and he noticed a paint mismatch that we didn’t notice so I appreciated his attention to detail. The crew was back later that week for the “punch list” and completed everything to our satisfaction!

  Where to start.  We have used one of larger outfits for years to check and service our roof.   Then this past February, we noticed we had water leaking in our patio.. started to get the estimates and got the bad news- our 2006 house was due for a new underlayment/roof job.  1st 3 bids from companies all wanted to do the whole roof.  Wouldnt even talk to me about just a repair on the patio/flat roof.  Finally had Daryl /owner come out.  We found In-ex designs as they sponsor our sons local Desert Vista high school sports.  They beat everyone , and provided the "repair" estimate vs the whole roof.  They came in significantly less than the other 3. Work was a good 1.5 months out and they were here and up and at em at 530 am in the arizona summer heat.  cleaned up daily as they were done by 230 pm.  job took 4 days.  and as we had our attic space done w/foam insulation, they took video and showed how they repaired over the roof vents (as we dont need vents now, as foam insulation you seal your attic space)  payment was easy.  Whole crew was great.  Nothing but great end to end and Daryl answered all my building questions along the way.

  In-Ex just reroofed a rental house for us in Chandler last week.  We had them reroof our house in Ahwatukee 4 years ago.  Although we got several quotes for this house, we wanted to use In-Ex for the job because we trust them and enjoyed working with them last time.  They made it easy for us to choose their offer.  Their 5 man crew worked hard and nearly completed the job in 2-days, starting at 6 each morning due to the high heat.  I wouldn't go anywhere else for a reroof.

  The experience that my husband and I had with In-Ex Designs was great from start to finish. The initial quote provided was timely and well explained. We were told of the timeline upfront, which was maintained. We had small issue when the materials were placed on the roof but it was resolved immediately. The roofers arrived on time, everyday, they were courteous and respectful, and the clean up at the end of each day was fantastic.  Verified We recently had all of the old underlayment on our tile roof replaced by In-Ex Designs and it was a great experience! From start to finish, beginning with Daryl, the entire team we dealt with was friendly, efficient and truly cared about doing a good job. We were impressed with how hard the crew onsite worked to get the job done, especially given temperatures in the low 100's.  Verified We just completed an outstanding re-roofing experience; as well as Elastomeric coating on patio cover with In-Ex Designs. With our first consult with Daryl and thorough explanation of the process we were sold, no need for another bid. We had observed the workmanship of the roofing team on several houses on our block and were able to actually meet the team in person. The job began every day at 7:00 and finished at 4:00, with the hard-working crew led by Luis! At the end of day there was not a speck of debris or one nail to be found anywhere, amazing! Daily supervision was under the leadership of Johnny who managed and answered any questions we might have. The job was completed in three days with anywhere from 5 -10 guys banging it out and a complete inspection by Johnny followed within two days.  Verified Scott was amazing!! I was very impressed with this company overall! I can't say enough good things about Scott and how much he went out of his way to help us get our entire roof replaced and working with our insurance company's adjuster.  Scott was very professional, super friendly, honest and answered every single question we had. Kept me updated on the timelines of the work and when things would be completed. The crew was always on time, worked very well together and because they stayed a little longer than normal to finish the work, I bought them lunch and beverages to cool them down and keep them happy!  Verified Very professional company. Scott was always available to answer questions both by text and by phone. The crew showed up early for the job which was competitively priced with other quotes. The crew were relatively quiet with their work and respectful to our property. They cleaned up after themselves and left the job site as they found it.  Verified Daryl was very professional, prompt, and explained everything. He was great to work with, providing honest opinions and not just stating what would make him the most money. The price was fair, the warranty was longer than some, and I appreciated that the estimate included some items that others do not. One of them being painting the drip edge and bird block to match the house! Johnny and his team did a fantastic job. They were always on time, very friendly, kept me informed throughout, and cleaned very thoroughly too!
